• User / Customer / You means any individual or legal entity accessing, registering, subscribing to, or using the Platform.
• Services means AI-powered chat, analysis, digital tools, subscriptions, interfaces, and any other services provided through the Platform.
• Plan means the subscription package selected by the User, whether free or paid.
• Content means any text, files, prompts, data, outputs, analysis, documents, or information submitted to or generated through the Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Platform, creating an account, or completing a subscription, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, the Privacy and Data Protection Policy, and the Cancellation, Refund, and Subscription Policy.

3. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into contracts under the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If the User is a minor or lacks full legal capacity, the Platform must be used under the supervision of a legal guardian or representative.

• Use automated scraping or excessive automated access without authorization.
• Attempt to bypass plan limits, technical restrictions, or security controls.

7. Plans and Subscriptions

The Platform may offer free and paid subscription plans. Features, limits, and usage rights vary depending on the selected plan.

8. Prices and Taxes

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the payment page and may be inclusive or exclusive of VAT as displayed before checkout.

10. Auto-Renewal

If auto-renewal is enabled for a plan, this will be made clear before subscription. You may cancel auto-renewal through your account or by contacting us before the next renewal date.

11. Cancellation

You may request cancellation of your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your plan will remain active until the end of the current paid subscription period and will then stop automatically unless renewed.

12. AI Outputs and Decision-Making

The Platform provides digital and informational outputs for assistance, analysis, and support purposes only. Outputs do not constitute binding legal, financial, medical, tax, investment, or professional advice.

13. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the Platform are owned by us or our licensors. User-submitted content remains owned by the User; you grant us a limited license to process such content as necessary to provide the Services.

14. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable and secure Platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunities arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate a User's account if the User violates these Terms, misuses the Service, or creates security, legal, operational, or compliance risks.
