Cancellation, Refund, and Subscription Policy

This Policy explains the subscription, cancellation, renewal, and refund rules applicable to RogerAI.

1. Nature of the Service

RogerAI provides digital services and electronic subscriptions that are activated immediately or shortly after payment confirmation.

2. Subscription Start Date

The subscription begins on the date the plan is activated or payment is confirmed, unless a different date is stated on the checkout page or invoice.

3. Customer Cancellation

The Customer may cancel the subscription at any time through account settings or by contacting support. When cancellation is requested, the plan will not stop immediately. The Customer will continue to benefit from the remaining paid subscription period until the end of the current billing cycle.

4. No Automatic Refund After Activation

Due to the nature of digital services and electronic subscriptions, cancellation after activation does not automatically entitle the Customer to a refund for the remaining unused period. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights provided under the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

5. Possible Refund Cases

  • A material technical issue caused by the Platform prevented the Customer from using the Service.
  • Duplicate payment charged by mistake.
  • A paid subscription was not activated due to a payment or activation system error.
  • A legal obligation requires the Platform to issue a refund.
  • Any other case accepted by the Platform as an exception.

6. Non-Refundable Cases

  • The plan was used or benefited from after activation.
  • The Customer changed their mind after purchase and activation.
  • The Customer did not use the plan despite having access to it.
  • The subscription period has expired.
  • The User violated the Terms and Conditions or misused the Service.

7. Upgrades and Downgrades

When upgrading a plan, the price difference may be calculated according to the mechanism displayed on the subscription page. Downgrades may take effect from the next billing cycle.

8. Promotions and Discounts

The Platform may offer temporary promotions or discounts. Once a purchase is completed, the Customer is not entitled to claim a previous price or price difference after the promotion ends.

9. Auto-Renewal

If auto-renewal is enabled, the subscription will renew at the end of the billing cycle according to the applicable plan and price at the time of renewal.

10. How to Submit a Cancellation or Refund Request

The request should include the Customer name, email address linked to the account, transaction or invoice number if available, plan type, and reason for the request.

11. Processing Time

Cancellation or refund requests will be reviewed within a reasonable period after receiving the complete request.

12. Service Suspension by the Platform

The Platform may suspend or cancel a subscription if the User violates the Terms and Conditions, misuses the Service, or creates security, operational, legal, or compliance risks.

13. Service Outages — Free Day Credits

In the event of a service outage, interruption, or unavailability caused by RogerAI, RogerAI will compensate the Customer by adding free subscription days equal to the actual number of days during which the Service was unavailable. Such compensation shall be limited to extending the subscription period, and no cash refund shall be due for the outage period.
